Good job!

It's nice to see someone putting up real DB numbers instead of the typical "My system is so loud it shook my moms dentures from 18 blocks away...."

Before I made a few changes, I hit 135.5 with a Punch 100 pushing an MTX Thunder 3000, 8 ohm 12"

I know you're gonna ask "why 8 ohm?" Well I had two wired in parallel, and one popped.

About 2 months later I blew the other one.

Now I have a Pioneer IMPP 12" 4 ohm. I haven't had it checked yet, but it certainly hits harder (which doesn't mean it's louder.)

im having trouble finding a DB meter, in Dallas, i know some places that sell them, however they dont go past 125 db.

so for some of us poor boys, shaking grandma's dentures, is as good as we can get, especially at 18 blocks.

There's got to be a shop with a DB meter somewhere in Dallas . They usually charge around $30 to test DB outside of a competition.

some of them do have them, but most of them dont want to be bothered using them.

i think ive found 3 shops with db meters, only one would put it to use, but i know the guy pretty well.
