radio cuts out

if I have the radio on when w/o the car coming on the radio is fine. if I crank the motor the front left speaker is the only one working?

I have 2 infinity 4x6(front); 2 6x9; 2 12" kicker (rear); one 850 watt 4 channel alpine powers 2 6x9 & 12's; a rockwood 200 watt 4 channel(that I bridged to 2 channel) for the front 4x6's. I ran a monster cable(about 1/4" think) from the battery with inline fuse to the alpine amp. and am grabbing the power for the rockwood from the fuse box "Ign" outlet.

do you think it's a bad ground? it's kill'n me.

Don't run the Rockwood.

Oh, I'm sorry , I mean don't run the Rockwood from the ignition wire in the fuse box. All amps should have they're own independant power source to the battery. You should run the wire you have going to the Alpine into a distribution block, then get power from there to each amp. It'll only cost you about $20 and will probably fix the problem.
