I ran my Power wire down the fender, drilled through the kick pannel, then ran the power wire under the carpet along the side right next to the plastic trim, brought it up at the rear seats and tucked it back under the side trim and ran it up past the rear 6x9s to the back of the car. Turn on lead was ran next to the power cable and the RCA cables were ran on the other side and cross over behind the seats to get to the amp. A very clean install with no wire showing anywhere inside. All you see is the subs, which are covered with a grill so that I can store my T-Tops on top of them. IMO this is the best way to install a system if you aren't going to use an amp rack anywhere.

Oh yea, and the Boss amp is getting replaced this week. I ordered the JBL BP600.1 and 2 kicker Comp VRs. This is why I am glad I ran the 4 guage wire instead of the 8 to begin with.

Go deeper under the carpet. Remove the door sill (need to do some careful prying around the seat belt retractor. Reach under the carpet. You'll feel the floor drop out. There's a loom under there that holds GM wires that go to the back of the car. Right next to that loom is a BIG gap that you can fit the 4 gauge in with plenty of room. In fact, if you bring it thru the firewall and remove your driver's side seat (4 10mm nuts), you can poke the end of the 4 gauge "around" the seat belt retractor and have it come up the side panel.

Er, then again, this is for an f-body with the battery on the driver's side...
