Anyone Use any of the JC Whitney windshield antenna's?

I recently shaved my antenna....and I didn't think I'd miss the radio....but.....I think I am. Has anyone used any of the windshield antenna's that JC Whitney offers? I don't want to pay like 100 buck for a windshield antenna...it dosen't have to to be any kind of digital quality or anything...just something that gets reception. So....guys that have windshield antenna's....what type/company brand are you using? Any suggestions would be great, thanks

I've read about people just putting the oem mast under the dashpad and getting respectable reception. I'm sure the JC one has to work alright. I do believe radio shack has a similar one only cheaper though.
For work, I have chrystler(sp?) radio (I made a low $ jamb-box) with a 3' piece of standard wire stuck in the (center of the) antenna plug and it gets better reception than my Awia in my camaro with a stock antenna.
Also, not to be an ****, you need to stop attaching a pic of your car with every post you make.

I'd say don't waste your time with the radio shack 5 dollar wire antenna, I tried it for a year and it absolutely stinks, I got 2 stations in, and that's only because they're the two in NJ that pump out 8-bazillion watts and have 400 towers (slightly exagurated )
