JBL 1200.1s are nice for sealed boxs. (They have no sub sonic bass filter, which isn't a problem in a sealed but you need one for ported). They put out 1200 watts at both 2 ohms and 1 ohm. I have one on each of my subs (18" CVRs). There pretty nice amps and they won't bust your wallet. They might be too much for 2 12" Rs... but if you run the subs at 4 ohms you could get 600 watts out of it and have plenty of upgrade capability to power about anything you could want later. Or if you're really short on cash. You could try the JBL 600.1 for about 70 to 80 bucks less. It puts out 600 watts at 2 ohms and 1 ohm.
Ikesound.com has the 1200.1s for 260 bucks and the 600.1s for 190 bucks.
