thanks guys,,,
yah its ruged in the pic but looks more flashy and bright in person the pics dont do it justice. Yah got to be carefull with this stuff to much and it can look sickning...so less is more. If i had better resorces id get rid of all the plastic and use stailess or polished alum to make a clean looking surround. The checker plate metal im useing works great to hide wires and hold down the amps w/o screwing into a gas tank. I also want to get 2x12"audiobaun flame chrome grills....man it would look sweet.

My old box, but another idea. The amp went in the middle and the wires were run thru the 2" holes.

no problem.

actualy i love it. it is the 500M, but when i bought it, the documentation said it put out 634 on the the test bench . the only problem right now is those subs, they are 125w RMS each, running them at 2ohm on the amp, i gave the gain, and bass booste all the way down, and it will still over power the subs if i try to crank it up. i also have my sub channel down to 2 (of 15) at the HU. so it is plenty powerfull. at the low gain, the SQ is unbeleivable. and the thing will hit so hard it hurts if i am in the car . all in all, especialy considering the price, i am VERY pleased with the amp. i think with a good set of subs, instead of those kickers, it would be even better quality and louder sound.

(note ignore the crappy wiring, that has been fixed

Nope. The box is 3/4" MDF. The carpeted piece is just 1/2" particle board that's there for looks. The box is what provides the sound quality.
