I want to put a nice stereo system in my car including the radio but I want to keep the original radio in because I want to keep the stock look to the car.... what do I do?

Just get a cd player that is just black. The ones you turn off and it just looks black, and if you want buttons just press the release and it flips out and you have your buttons. This way you dont have anything looking all high tech in there, just a flat back peice of equitment that looks pretty nice.
