Install ideas??!!

Just got a complete Alpine/Infinity stereo system and am wondering where the hell to put this 18"x13" Alpine FR450 amp!! I have a t-top car and want to be able to use the bags, but I have a 10" Bazooka tube in the well. Anyone have a creative idea??

Some ppl cut out holes in their rear seats and stick the amp in there. All done very cleanly but... I've always wondered if heat builds up back a little much. I've never heard of it being a problem and loads of ppl on this site have done that so... just a though

Mount it in place of your heater core. I'm sure it'll produce just as much heat....

I have always liked the idea of the amp in the rear seat. But like was mentioned before, I always wondered about heat buildup.

It sure looks nice when its done right though.

You might also want to consider putting the amp on the diagonal sloping side of the boot area. I think there are some pics of that somewhere on this board.

I hope this helps.
