Ground Location

I am going to install 2 amp and a cap in my car. I know everybody says that you can grond to the seatbelt bolt, but what I was wondering is if you could ground where the rear hatch cover was bolted in at. I took out the hatch cover and now there are four seperate studs that it was mounted to. Would these be sufecient to ground to?

In the back of my car I have a gound to one of the body posts at the bottom of the well near the center of the well, just under the location of the hatch latch assembly.

I sanded the area down to a shine and bolted a nice 4 guage wire to it. From there I have a distribution block handeling grounds from about 2 things, a crossover and a capacitor.

Hope this helps.
