amps in back seat

amps in back seat
anyone on here installed there amps in there backseats? if so how did that go, any tips, I might try and do this in my car underplexiglass.

There have been several people who have done this on this forum.
I am sure I saw someone who actually did a step by step walk through of his process.
Apparently things worked fine.
Do a search for amps in rear seat and see what comes up.

i did this to mine. i didnt do a step by step, and i seem to always forget to take full pics. however, you can see most of the pieces i fabricated on my cardomain site (last page, in my sig). many people advise running some 12v fans to circulate air. i didnt, and mine runs fine, but i would also suggest doing the fans for safety sake.

Amp Rack install
The pictures are really big and take a while to load(sorry)
I put a fan in mine and I regret it. You don't really need one, especially if you don't use plexiglass and have a class D amp.
