Amp wiring options
for my own reasons im not gunna tell you what brand....im getting two dvc 12s that run at 6ohms..... i have a question... can subs be wired to the amp in stereo or do they have to be mono

well the speakers you have are they designed to give max out put at 6 ohms???
as to your question yes you can wire them stereo or mono yes does your amp have a stereo or bridged mode??
a sub woofer is designed strictly to put out bass so wire it that way send it only a bass frequency .get seperate amps or a cross over to push your highs and midrange.

ya i was planning on doing that.... and what in ur post is a question and what isnt?? my subs im getting( soon i hope) are rated by the manufacture to run at 6ohms but ive seen that i can wire them to act like 3ohms load on the amp
