Stock 6x9 baffles/sound dampener

I am trying to figure out what to do with the stock 6x9 location. Use some sound deading mat and leave the baffles out?
I was thinking of Fiberglassing the stock baffles and putting them back in, maybe sealing the baffle up completely. I just wonder what would sound better. I am putting in 6.5 components.

My Rockford Fosgate 6x9s sound just fine in the stock sail panel location. Might not need to baffle anything at all. Try it out first and see if you like it.
