I would like to install a 4th gen or newer gm cd player in my 89 camaro. Does the unit physically fit? If not what is involved? What about theftlock? I'm thinking there is an adapter for the wiring. Are there any units to avoid? Any recommeded? Pictures of an install would be great, but any help is appreciated.

do a search for the newer delco cd players. there are countless posts about the locks and installation. i believe there are a few threads about the actual steps to installing one to.
