Woffer boxes in sail pannels
There was a rare option of Woffer boxes in the sail pannels. They have two positions for speakers. The top speaker is a 4"x6" mid with tweeter. The bottom is a ported box for a 5 1/4" woofer, or sub woofer...I have not been able to find any 5 1/4 subwoffers for this box. What speakers went into these boxes and where can they be found....or are 6X9's better??? Thanks, Cocacolakidd.

if they are truly 5 1/4... why not try using a bad-*** kicker component or something with high excursion? They will probably sound better than that old thing anyhow..

Humm...Well this shows that I'm not an Audio Aficionado...I did not understand a word you said.
I also can't understand how a good deep bass sound can come from 5 1/4" speaker - unless it is truly a special speaker...
By the way Scrapmaker I grew up in Round Rock and half lived there on 6th st. in AUS. - Graduated UTA...

wow, cool that you were at UT... but what I was talking about, is that some good quality speakers can create good bass... like the kicker components... you might want to give those a try.
