Good 4 Channel Amp
Looking to just power my front Boston 4x6's (80 watt max) and my rear Kenwood 6x9's (170 watt max) Any suggs for crystal clear sound? Would I look for something in the 70x4 range? Thanks

are you sure you want a 4 channel? I have 4x6 Polk dash speakers running of my deck and 61/2 inch door speakers with 100x2 amp. Also 2 10 inch subs in the back with another 800 watts. Now mind you this is in an xtended cab truck but it sounds awesome. I just think you would have a hard time balancing out the sound cause the speakers have diff power points and giving all 4 the same power would cause sound problems. just my thoughts don't start shooting.

you have a point, and thats one way of doing it, but the difference in quality of an aftermarket ampped speaker and a built-in amped speaker is like night and day - even through a 4x6... besides you can favor the power to the rear speakers.

thats the nice thing about my truck all 4 speakers are in the front. Of course i lose some bass cause of the small space, but sound quality is awesome.

I like my JL Audio 300/4. 75wx4
It works great and the sound is awesome through the JL XR and VR series speakers.
It is a little on the expensive side though.
