Hey everyone, finished the basic work on the sub box, and only have to due the details like carpeting, diamond plating under amp.

Thank you very much. I am glad that you think it is alittle different then others, because that is exactly what i was after. The subs are 800 watt Q-Power. (i bought them 60 for the pair) I am hoping to go all Kenwood after this summers pay since i am still a struggling teen.

The box, once finished, will be carpeted to match the interior. Under the amp i am thinking of laying diamond plate.

I wonder if you could get two 15's in a design like that? its a good idea for the amp mounting...

you should get new amp and subs though

q-power? is that walmart?

no...well at least not at our walmart. Roadmaster is our speakers at walmart. I bought the q-power subs at Trader Village...big farmers market like place here.

Nice looking box! Make sure to get us another picture with it totally finished. I think the carpet with diamond plating is really going to make it look custom.

As for the subs there's always room to upgrade down the road (like you've already stated).
