That can be a couple of different things, usually RPM dependant interference is caused by (in my case):

Rca's being too close to power wire. If you RCAs are run with your amp power wire it'll do this really bad, if you NEED to have them cross paths, make sure it's perpendicular. If they are near each for any distance, it gets noisy. Another thing is your ground, it will make it sound bad either way, and probably worse with higher RPM (right guys?) Check where you grounded the amp, make sure it's a good clean ground.

Only your rear 6x9s are amped? no subs, not the fronts? try fading to front, any noise? if so check the decks ground too. If only the rear, check the RCA's and ground.
Otherwise you can try a line noise isolator, etc, but chances are you can eliminate it with the 2 other suggestions. -J

yea, i'd say it's the power wire proximity then.
The most common way to fix this is to run your rcas, all of them, with you remote on, down the center of the car, say on the right side of the console, that way you only really have to take out your passenger seat and rear right seat. (amp is mounted behind rear seat?). And keep your power wire in the far right side. They each go to different sides of the amp, so this way they should basically never get within more then 1' of each other (at the amp).

run the power down the passenger side rocker panels and the rcas down the driver side

I think its your amp ground. Whenever I've had ground problems, the static got louder if you rev'd it up. Re-check the ground connection, sand down where it mounts to the frame and sand down the connector for a good connection.

run the RCA's on one side of the car, and the power on the other side

btw you'd be better off with 2 15's than 3 10's...
