remote

i recntly installed a stereo in my 87 iroc since i didnt have one and im lookin for remote wire were can i find it?

actully its a wire to the stero for memory not sure though?

since its your deck you would obviously know what brand name it is. go to any local car audio store and see if they can order you a universal remote and if it will be compatable with it.

(i dont know about ALL decks so i apologize if im wrong on this, but i have a clarion deck in which i knew they make a universal clarion remote for)

I thought you meant a remote wire, for like turning on an amp?

If you mean the constant, again, a car audio shop...

The remote turn-on wire is a blue wire on the back of the head unit. You can use any small wire to route this signal to your amp in the trunk. It only needs to carry approximately 1 amp maximum current.
