$500 setup

Alright I recently had a thread with a budget of $400 but the cars ready and I can spend a max of $500. I was thinking a Kenwood front and rear speakers with pioneer headunit but I dont know. I dont need to hear about kick panels or whatever, I need a set of 4x6, a set of 6x9, and a headunit with the sub channel for the future. Any suggestions?

infinity kappas are really nice. I say look on ebay. kappa 4-6 plates, 6-9s, and a nice pioneer head unit would do you good for now.

Which Kappas because there seem to be a couple different types and second crutchfields say most of them wont work which I know probably isnt true. Arent Kappas and a good pioneer headunit going to cost me a bit over $500?

Kenwood blows, I've had nothing but bad luck and poor sound with them.

well I would shop around for the best price. But infinity kappa plate speakers should be one of your best bets. However you will need to make some adjustments for them to fit I hear.

4-6s on ebay should be around 50.00 a good head unit like I mean 400+retail on ebay should cost u like 250ish and 6-9s u could skimp on a bit if you dont plan on much rear fill...I mean u got shipping too but it shouldnt be too much. Overall I think youll have money to spare for a EQ or something. Theyre wicked cheap too...
