Amp Recommendation for Speakers

I am currently running a pioneer MP3 deck along with the Rockford Fosgate Punch PL2-212-sub, which is two 12 stage 2's in a custom box. I also have a Rockford Fosgate P5002 amp powering these two subs. For speakers I am using pioneers in the front and back. In the back I am currently running..... Deck pioneer DEH-P7600MP 50wx4 sub Rockford Fosgate Punch PL2-212-sub, which is two 12 stage 2's in a custom box. Sub Amp Rockford Fosgate P5002 Front speakers pioneer 4x6 TS-A4670R 120W max, 20 w nominal Rear speakers pioneer 6x9 TS-A6960R 220w, 40 watt nominal Capacitor Rockford Fosgate Punch CPC10-03, I know everyone says they aren't worth it, but what I know is before I had it my lights would flash and now they don't so I am satisfied. Right now my subs are about twice as loud as my speakers. I want to buy a amp to power my four speakers. right now I plan on getting Rockford Fosgate Punch P4004 renewed from cardomain for $170. What does everyone else think? Is there a better amp for the same price or does this sound like a good deal? Should I just get a two channel and only amp my rears?

I have thought about upgrading my speakers but I don't have much money left to spend on them. If I was able to spend some money on some speakers which pairs would you recommend? would you still recommend an amp for the speakers? At this point do you think the roughly $220 it would cost for the amp is better spent on new speakers? What amp and how much power would you recommend for the rear speakers?

Thanks a lot in advance for everyones help.
