Might not be stealth, but easy access. I had one mounted under the dashboard on the passenger side. Hardly play CDs now with satellite radio.

i doubt you'd get it under your front seats, but maybe the back seat. i've got my crossovers mounted under the passenger seat, they're only an inch and a half tall, and they almost rub with it all the way back and someone sitting in it.

do you mean the door to your lockbox is broken, or the compartment is gone underneath? if its gone and the door works fine, i'd just mount it down inside there with some velcro or something, probably dont want to drill holes in your body. i've heard of people mounting them in the glove box too.

That's exactly what I was thinking, kinda like that guy who installed an amp back there. He mounted the amp to a piece of wood and then mounted the wood to some of the supports that are under there. I wouldn't trust anything remotely expensive to the cardboard lock box anyway.

Stealth + easy access

When I still had a changer, i took the cardboard out of the box and put the changer as far down as it would sit. Then I used some cardboard and carpet to make it fit flush.

My vote also goes for the rear compartment. This pic is of the test fit, all the wires and tools are now tucked away. It does skip over large bumps, but the skipping is why I scored it free from my brother!!
