Any Ideas for this problem

As a Canadian I play hockey so I have to have space to put my bag in the camaro. I am interested in adding speakers and an amp but I can't put them in the trench. has anyone put there speakers in the rear seat fold down? I have seen the amp put in there but could you do a pair of tens?

I appreciate any thoughts good or bad or interesting,

Thanks
Jack

I don't think you will be able to fit subs in the back seat as it stands but there are other places you can put them.

The first and most obvious option is to just pull the rear seat and install a sub box in its place. I've only seen this pulled off once with good success (not looking like crap) but I've seen it done quite a few times badly. I would try to stay away from this choice and limit the rear seat to amp installs.

The second place is in your sail panels (where the 6x9s normally go). You might not be able to fit a pair of 10's, but you could easily fit two 8's in there. I went into that idea a little bit more in depth in this thread. It's the 4th to last post.

The third place is a sealth enclosure in the hatch. No one makes them for the thirdgen currently. here is a link to give you an idea of what I'm talking about. They would go where your spare tire is and/or where your cardboard glove box thing is.

Hockey bags are really big coming from someone who used to play the sport. It would be a PITA to get it in/out of the rear seat.

lol i have never played hockey it doesnt get that cold in the peach state but i dont see how having them in the well gives more room than laying the bag over the backseat...

i have seen an install where someone made a box and mounted an amp where the glove box thing is in the hatch area very nice and clean install. and it didnt take up absolutely no room in the hatch and was hidden behind the plastics.

the 8"s in the sail panels would be nice i would like to see someone do that. some AA 8"s would be badass back there and they're only 45 a piece. they do like 250 or 350 rms a piece too if im not mistaken.

i really like the idea of having 8"s in the sail panels i would like to see someone do that.

you could build a box then put a cover over it and just lay your bag on top of it it still should fit
