help with rear speaker cover

I just got new speakers for the rear of my 1992 Firebird and I was wondering if someone had some ideas or pictures of what to do if you wanted the speakers to be visible. Things like, cutting up the cloth that covers the rear speaker and doing something so you can see the speakers but still have a nice look not just something that looks bad. Thanks for the help!!

recover the sail pannals with a partialy see through material like nylon (think panyhose) or somthing. perhaps a tight netting. if you go without anything i think it would look tacky, but partial visability would be cool.

take a trip down to your fabric store and scout out somthing. it needs to be a little streatchy so it will conform to the sail pannal shape without wrinkling.

That sounds like it would look slick. I may look into that myself.

Nothing says "class" like pantyhose in your car.

Is it really that important to show off your 6x9s? I've never once seen an install with visible rear speakers that didn't look like a red neck's wet dream.

I'll give it a shot, if it looks good I'll snap a pic. If not, I'll pretend it never happened.
