Radio Clicking

I recently adjusted my timing to take it from about 9* advanced to 0*. However, now i get a clicking in my radio. I don't know or how the two things would be related but the clicking appears to be related to the ignition since it increases as the RPMs climb. I also know that when I turn off the car the clicking stops. Any suggestions for what the problem is.

Probably a ground problem. You may have hit the ground at the back of the head as you played with the timing.
Have you done the BIG 3? (upgraded the under hood wiring)
How is the HU grounded?
Are you running amps or is this noise coming from speakers power by the deck?
Is this noise there when playing a CD or just the radio?
