Im getting a camaro again and will be throwing in a system as soon as i get it. I know kicks and subs are the best for sq and thats what im going. I was thiking of running type-r 6.5 and 2 12's. I have an mrp450 and vpower 700 watt mono. I dont want to have 2 amps in my car as i will be taking out draggin and I think the mrp450 would be overkill if i'm not running the 6x9's. I would like an amp that will run 2 12 type-r's and 2 6.5 type-r's. Any suggestions? or am i going to have to run 2 amps for this system?

THE TYPE-R ARE GOOD.... BUT FOR THE $$$ I'D GET SOME DIAMOND AUDIO D3 SUB'S AND DIAMOND AUDIO D361 6" COMPONENTS FOR THE KICK PANELS & SAIL PANELS AND D651 5.25" COMPONENT'S FOR THE DASH.

thats a whoel lot of speakers, Well the good thing is I already have 2 5.25 component type r speakers. Are all those really needed? Seems a bit overkill. But hey if it will sound good i dont think ill mind. Is this the best setup without some serious modification. I do have alpine type r 6x9 i could put in the sails though. I was thinking just the kicks would be enough but maybe the more the merrier. Anyone else with any suggestions?

Oh, and will 5.25 fit in the dahs without cutting them up?

And, ill be running type-r stuff regardless of what i end up deciding on doing. Gotta go with what i know works

well theres no kicks as of now with jim moving so I thinki im going to throw my 6x9's in the sails, sell my 5.25 components and buy 5.25 with the external tweeter. My tweeter is installed in the speaker with a swivel but it still has teh crossovers. Mount the tweeters facing the headrests and try running without subs for a bit. See if i can deal with it. lol
