Accessory Wire no voltage
I'm installing a pioneer deck I took out of my last car into my car. Somebody really hacked this thing up and I have no idea what they did to it. All I can say is he must have had one hell of a stereo system. Anyways, I test voltage to the yellow wire that is supposed to be 12v when key is on ACC or ON, and I dont get significant voltage of any kind. I get good 13volts on the orange wire which is the always-powered memory wire, but not on the yellow wire. What gives? Is there supposed to be a fuse for this wire? I see a spot on the fuse block marked "radio" but there is nothing there and it doesnt look like it could fit a standard shaped fuse.

No, Its the wire that is supposed to have 12v to ground when the key is ON or ACC, so you cant leave yoru radio on with the key out and kill your battery......right? Am I wrong?
