How can I add an amp, subs to the factory delco radio?

I have the UQ7 option and would like to keep the factory radio. No need for a cd player with my I-pod and sattelite radio. But I do have an amp and a pair of subs I would like to add. How would I be able to do this? Are there outputs on the back of the radio like aftermarket ones? Or will I have to tap into the factory amp to achieve this.

If your amp doesn't accept speaker-level inputs, then you'll need a line output converter that converts a speaker level signal to a line-level. These are high impedance devices, so you can tap right off the speaker wires that are powering your speakers with no ill effects.
