Installing aftermarket deck?
I've never installed a deck myself to this is a complete noob question, but I was just wondering, there is some cheap piece of junk Clarion deck in my car now that just gave out, it originally had a 8 track. So it being an after market deck, shouldn't it just be pop out and shove in the new Pioneer I got? Just like simple unplug and plug back in the exact same way kind of thing?

no if you got a different brand then youll need that brands plug type so it fits in the unit. you can get a clarion to replace the clarion and thatll swap in no problems and other brands you have to geta new harness/plug and rewire it.

You should have gotten the radio end of the harness with the radio. The car half you can get anywhere that sells car radios (Circuit City, Best Buy, IME they're all about the same price). Then follow the wiring diagrams and put them together. Hopefully you don't have the problem I had with my first 'bird where the last owner spliced the radio harness directly into the car's harness or you have a little more work being as you're in a tight space.
