How much can I expect to pay for a factory CD player?

The previous owner of my '92 Z28 put a Pioneer CD player in it. I don't really care for it and I'd like to return the car to the stock radio. When I bought the car they gave me the original radio/cassette player, but I'd like to get the radio/CD player. How much can I expect to play for one? Also my car came with the Delco/Bose sound system. Do I have to get a radio for that set up or would any Third Gen CD player work?

Thanks!

I would look in the classified section of this board. Perhaps someone has one lying around. That is your cheapest bet. Depending on the seller, you might be able to pick one up as cheap as $100.

Otherwise, you could try Ebay (expensive!), parts/junkyard Camaro suppliers (expensive!!), or the dealer (expensive!!!).

Also, I'm not sure if other thirdgen radios would work in your car. I would try to get the Bose one if you could though. You might also want to consider putting a 4th Gen stereo into your car. They look pretty factory in our dashes and they play really good. I just swapped a Monsoon CD Deck out of a 2001 SS Camaro into my 92 Z28 and it looks really good and sounds really good too.
