Just wondering if anyone is selling any car audio for a thirdgen, anything from interior speakers to subs, amps or a custom box that fits in the well. I am looking for some 10 inch subs and a amp in particular. A sub box would be great cause then I would not have to build my own lol. Just trying to see whats out there if anything.

i sell car audio, run a shop here in valdosta, and have a buttload of used gear of my own. will trade for 92 formula parts currently im hoarding a few pieces like

soundstream reference 604 amp, very nice 4 ch
old punch 40 rounded top, crossover card in bottom, neat old amp
TWO JVC SUPER A 200. little 2 ch, both look new, from about 1988 lol
kicker dx700. has 3 30 amp fuses in it..... likes to eat subs
the orion 5000, currently in the yukon killing 2 AB xd 15 dvc @ 1 ohm
AB 150.1 3500 w mono 1 ohm stable amp. 250 amp fused. pretty heavy
other assorted amps, mostly 800 w and down even a craig amp in there somewhere(junk)

many many subs, lots of singles (blew the other)
pair kicker cvr dvc 12"s like new
memphis m class 12's svc (they kinda suck)
power akoustik dvc 12"s, heavy, they suck
im picky about my subs
have 2 old punch 18's in good shape

mids/highs many pairs 5.25, 6.5, no 6x9's, tweets, 4'S

ive installed and tinkered for 15 years so its easy to accumulate

i need a red wing for the firebird and some door moldings i would trade
none of the stuff is for sale now, just trade

im gonna use the kicker dx 700 on 2 12's and do the to jvc amps on the highs. i think its kinda cool to use "period correct" audio gear lol

 

I have a Alpine Type-R 15" but that may be a bit big if ur puttin it in a 3rd gen. Also have a Hifonics 1606D amp. Both are flawless.

I dont have any firebird formula parts laying around I do in fact have some body pieces to a camaro. The molding that attacth to the bottom of the doors (not the ground effects).

If you are interested in selling any car audio let me know, I just figured before I went new I'd see if anyone had any used stuff available and I could take it off their hands.

Yes iroc'nthe87 a 15" is a little big for my hatch area lol. But what are you asking for the amp?

 

Im looking to get 180 or so, It's a great amp tons of power. However if your going to be running two subs make sure the amp you get meets the criteria of the subs. Dont want to overpower them.

I'll recheck the model number on my amp but specs should be as follows for the 1606d.
RMS @ 4-Ohm: 1 x 550-Watt
RMS @ 2-Ohm: 1 x 1100-Watt
RMS @ 1-Ohm: 1 x 1600-Watt

Its better to overpower you subs then to underpower them they'll last longer if you over power them. I know it dosent sound right but i got a lecture from a freind that works installing audio lol. n

I have a pioneer 12 in in box and a pioneer amp thats 760 watts its jsut one but it bumped lol. Selling all of it for 150 need to pay a ticket lol

 

I have two 10" infinity subs, a profile california amp (200 watts per channel) and a fiberglass box. I'm willing to sell the subs or amp separately. Make offer if interested.

are you looking for something cool or cheap and works? i have a full fiberglass/carbon fiber interior and 3,000 watt 16 speaker setup i'm thinking about offing. only $20k invested.

double din dvd/navigation, multiple component setup with 3 cameras and remote security system. i'll even throw a thirdgen in with it just make a resonable offer.

 

Looking to kick this stuff out here quick. 160 for the amp, 170 for the sub..Any takers??

 

That is a great price for the sub and amp, I would be interested but a 15" sub in the hatch of a 3rd gen may be over kill and I have no idea how I'd make it fit. I may be interested in the amp if I can find a nice pair of 12 inch subs. I am looking at a pair of 12 inch Kicker CVR's there 400 watts RMS and 800 watt peak. I am thinking that amp may work if I pick those up. I'll let you know I am driving out to see/hear the subs on wednesday.

What kind of box? Is it one made to fit in a third gen or just a normal square box?

i have qforms unct kick panel speaker pods.. threr grey.. u can ptu a speasker and a tweeter in them. pm me if your intrested... i alos have a small pinonerr amp i was oging to power these with...
