JL Audio E1200 Monoblock Review

Hey Fellas, anyone out there ever use this amp. I'm thinking of picking 1 up for a deal and want to know if it can run a set of Pro Series 10's? Or any 10's for that matter in mono.
lmk any info is good info.
Cheers

While it's a lower end model by JL, nobody's ever said they put out junk. However, I would say that its a bit underpowered for those subs. Those look like they want some higher power levels than this thing's rated to do. Yes, it will move them, but its not a good match for either's strengths.

how much are you looking to spend on your setup? eBay's great for getting used amps for good money and http://diymobileaudio.com/ is full of frugal audio guys (myself included). Always good bargains to be found around there.

Not sure on how much i want to spend. I have a punch 60 that i would love to get repaired by someone that knows them. That think can pound when setup. It's not running in mono and needs to.
I will keep looking.
