All ideas welcome, Electrical interference

How y'all been? I've got a JVC cd HU (wired to the fuse block) running to a Rockford 2 channel amp, that powers 2, 6x9's. Simple set up. Issue at hand I'm getting all kinds of static through the speakers and I can't make it stop. Here's where I stand:

1. RCA's (new set) and power cable are run down opposite sides of the car.
2. All ground connections have been redone and centralized to a common point (floorboard under the shifter boot).
3. A new ground loop has been installed.

It only does it when I'm running, sounds great with the car off. Seeing as how the ground loop isn't helping, is there any other alternative to making this stop? If it helps, I am running an MSD 6al, I know ignition can cause some of these problems, just curious if anyone has already struggled with this.

THX Again

I'm pretty sure if you run your power wire and rca's together it'll cause some interference. Wait for someone who knows more about it to respond tho, I havn't messed with any of that stuff since high school.

Re: All ideas welcome, Electrical interference

Ok, I'll answer both posts in one, hope y'all don't mind.

Boogie123, I have negated the rca's as the issue, I'll explain below, actually I just wanted to ask if that's afresh coat of battleship gray on your ride? I spent the last 2 years driving mine in the same color, just got the paint in Oct. I'll put up pics.

chads89ta, the ground loop is out of the mix. I tried it every way to Sunday, I finally got rid of the static, here's the issue, it distorted the tunes. I had nothing but rhythm section, I couldn't make this up, I'm not that clever.

I think my head unit finally went, point in case, I unplugged the rca's from the deck and adapted them to plug into my iphone. Not only is there no static, those speakers sound better than when I first got them years ago, it sounds like a quality system. So in my mind the amp and rca's are eliminated. I'll wait til payday and shop for a HU. Thanks to both y'all for the input.

haha no it's not a fresh coat of anything though I wish it was. It's rattle canned white. That's how it was when I got it, I hope to paint it soon.
