I don't have pics but I have it running down the driver side under the carpet and the RCA's are under the passenger side.
In this pic of my 86 Trans Am (no amp wire in this pic) I have it running inside that plastic panel on my Formula,

Depending on what side your battery is, you might want to swap where the RCA and power cables run.

Yes, I have my amp and sub hidden in the spare tire compartment of my GTA. I ran the wire to the battery on the drivers side, and the RCAs on the passenger under the carpet. Then in the engine bay I put one of those grooved plastic sleeves on the power cable so it looks 100% stock... Oh and the ground for the amp is on some sheet metal in my spare tire area as well.

Re: Post pictures of where your amp wires ran!!!
Very timely...
I am working on my wiring as we speak. I cannot figure out how to get the big power cable run from the battery to the back of the car. I see no "holes" coming from the engine compartment into the passenger area. Do you have to cut your own hole ?
Update : After further research, I found that you can run the wire through the hole that the antenna cable runs through .

I ran my power wires down the passenger side, and the RCA's down the middle of the vehicle. Ground is where the battery box mounts, amp power wire is less then 12"

Re: Post pictures of where your amp wires ran!!!
Well i dont have pics of where i ran everything, but ill do my best to explain. My sub box is 50% done,i havent put in my other sub yet. YES i know its an MTX. I dont want to hear all your guys's OH MY GOD MTX SUCKS comments. Just the one i have bumps hard enough to shake the seats and hurt your ears. I dont want crazy crap any way, just wanted to add some bass!
Anyways, I ran my battery cable down the passanger side of the car. Took off some of the interior and just steadily ran the cable under everything so people couldnt see it,and so that it was secure and protected. When i got to the back,i just ran it under my backseat floor mats, under the bucket seat cushion, then leaned the seats forward and ran it behind the back seats to my amp. The RCA cable and Blue receiver cable were ran on the drivers side. Ran them behind the back seats, under the drivers side floor matt, under the drivers seat, under the center counsel plastic, then to my aftermarket stereo.*JVC KD-LH300* Then,i grounded my wire by removing the carpet on the...well..i dont know what its called Lol.Im new to the third gen world. But ill try to explain. Just the big bump thing behind the back seats where the backseats lean against. I pushed the backseats forward, pushed some of the carpet out, sanded down the metal, and grounded it. Then hid my wire under the carpet to the amp.I havent hid my Sub wire yet due to the fact that i havent installed the other sub at the moment. Im doing that today most likely.
Heres a few pics.. my dad made the box for me. The carpet on the box isnt the stupid normal Sub Box carpeting. We picked up a cheap Rubber garage floor mat, added adhesive to the box.and we laid the carpet on the box after that and cut it to size. Here are some pics
I have an 88 trans am btw=] First car got it for my 16th birthday
Its my baby

I know the wires arent super clean LOL but you get the idea=]
Good luck!

Re: Post pictures of where your amp wires ran!!!
i have an 82 firebird and had the same problem, underneath the passenger side kick panel is a prolly a 2 inch hole pull away the plastic and carpet piece covering it up to get to it theres screws in this piece, then run the wire down the fender until u can see it through the hole and pull it through, i dnt have pics but thats all u have to do to get the wire from the battery to the interior
Re: Post pictures of where your amp wires ran!!!
I'm not gonna claim to be the greatest but i do run a car audio business. there really is a big problem with running the hot wire on camaros. the las on i did i took off the passenger side kick panel and between it and the outside there was one body plug (plastic/rubber insert) i popped it out and drilled a 1/2 inch hole in it...after that i ran the wire through it and popped it in..if you notice there's a "path" between the fender and the door that its concealed by the inner fender...here you'll have one of 2 options you can either use a wire clothes hanger and pull it through or take off the inner fender and run it...if you choose to take off the inner fender you will be able to run the wire directly to the battery without it being seen. sorry i didn't have any pics but it's my 2 cents.

Re: Post pictures of where your amp wires ran!!!
Forgot the battery is on the other side in the Camaro...
Anyways, take off the fender and find some meat there between the harness pass through and the antenna pass through. Go to Tractor Supply or somewhere and get a grommet if your amp wiring kit didn't come with one (dirt cheap there). Drill a hole the size of the grommet and put the grommet through the hole. Also, get a Rockford Fosgate positive battery terminal extender and put it in place of the factory's positive battery terminal screw in the cable, attaching the amp wire to the screw on the outside. Run the wire down inside the frame rail towards the battery, and leave a couple extra inches. You'll want to attach the inline fuse somewhere near the inline fuses and the harness ground in that area.
Then, pull the sill plate, lower rear seat panel, and the sail panel, and run the wire towards the amp. You should have enough wire to run to the opposite side of the car across the back panel if you need to. The only problem with the passenger's side wire routing is possible interference in the rear speakers because both rear speaker wires run down the channel under that sill plate (driver's side speaker crosses over at the back of the sill plate under the carpet).
Oh, and the easiest way to run the RCA cables? Straight down the middle from the radio area. Pull up the rear carpet behind the back seat, and run the RCA between the radio and the rear carpet, under the console. Especially if you're also installing an iPod controller, which can also tuck under the console.
