CD player cables to connect iPhone?

CD player cables to connect iPhone?
I was wondering if anyone has been able to find a cable that works with iPhones that plugs into the back of your car's CD player so you can use the charge port on the iPhone to connect to the car's audio system. I have one in my car but it is an older version of the cable (probably 4-5 years old now), and it doesn't work with my iPhone. I got it when the Nano's had just come out. Is there even a cable that works with the iPhone? The only ones I saw for Pioneer decks (my brand) said they're for iPods.

Best buy has some kits that will work there a little price about $200 max but it will play and charge your iphone through the CD changer interface
