Why not just build a box? It's not hard and I highly doubt you will have sufficient air space for 4 10s, 3 is really pushing it. I don't know much about CNC machining but your best bet is to either design and build a wood box or fiberglass it.

CNC is just a fancy way of cutting material. Whether it is metal, wood, fiberglass, carbon fiber or whatever.....It is still just a way to cut your material of choice.

So yeah...You could CNC the box, but what material would you be using?

Well yeah I know what cnc IS I just have never applied it to car audio lol it takes two hands and a brain to build a box bringing a cnc machine into the mix would be like commisioning an engineer to change your flat tire, there's no point to it, you either go wood or fiberglass the closest I've ever gotten to cnc is using my router to smooth out the holes for the subs

It actually makes a lot of sense. Many places offer cnc routing of MDF and similar. Sometimes the cost really isn't that bad. And you can't beat the quality and time savings. It all depends how much tools / time / money / skills you have.
