Bose Delco Gold Series Box
. How can I test them to make sure they work. I tried taking regular speaker wire and touching each connection and all configurations. Any help?

The short answer:
You'll need a working BOSE system. ( Head unit, Wiring, Relays, Amps, )
You can't just wire BOSE speakers up to a 'regular' head units' speaker wires....... that will not work.
BOSE Speakers rarely fail, but the BOSE Amps fail all the time !!!
