What amp to power 10" Solo Baric??

I bought a stealth box today I put a round 10" Kicker Solo Baric. What amp would be good??
I have Kicker ZR120 but it doesn't seem to hit as hard as I thought it would?
Would a ZR240 be better or would that be too much power??

Thanks

The solos will handle goobs of power. My friend was pushing 500 Phoenix Gold watts RMS into a 12" and it didnt blow. The choice of amp is up to you, but the solos seem to be rather power hungry.

Oh yes, Solo's will take a bunch of power! The guy at the shop I deal with was telling me that they had like 1200 watts going to one of the new square 10's and it wasn't hurting it! I'm running a Kicker DX700 that specs out at 754 watts to a single square 12" Solo, and I know it can take more, even though it's rated at 750.

I'd personally reccomend the Kicker ZR600 if you really want to be loud, or the ZR360 if you're on a budget.

Also, what is the airspace in that box? Make sure it isn't too big, or that Solo just won't sound right!

using primarily GMPP parts.
Block is in shop!

Starting to look like the Kicker poster child!

I agree. With the Solo 10", I would do a ZR360 at least. A ZR240 will do it, but not as good. The old round solo's need to be in the proper size boxes. The new L7 solo's can go in bigger boxes, and they will sound mucho better. Soon we will also give specs for ported enclosures.
Done correctly, the L7's will handle way more power than last years models.
