Even dumberer: antenna cable direction
Even dumberer: antenna cable direction
There is a j-hook on the end that engages with the gear. Like an idiot, I didn't take a pic and just popped it out.
Now, trying to remember which way it goes back on. When looking at the cavity inside the gear (where the cable spools up) does the hook/ferrule face left or right, and can I just use any of the three openings to engage it?
What grease can I use -- the goo that is in there now is totally congealed. SylGlide? White grease?
The tutorials don't have a lot of directions on this part.
Thanks!

Is this for a power antenna? Try searching Youtube for someone with a video. GL
