2 10s where back seat was, anybody done this?

well, I had ALL of my stereo equip ripped off in my old Z, so Im thinking something different this time. being our cars have no leg room for the back seat, im thinking of just putting the seat bottoms in and mounting a truckbox or custom with 2 Jl 10w3s. I also have 2 amps to mount up also. anyone done/sen this? also, while all the carpet is out, Im going to udercoat the inner panels, any thoughts on that either way?
thanks
mike

I thought about building a custom box to replace the rear seats, then i got to thinking, for the plans i had - thats too much extra weight.
