How many channels do you want on that amp? Will it be driving all the speakers or just the subs? If you want 3 subs, get the JL W6s. The bigger they are, the more they will cost but a 10" shouldnt cost more then $250 each.

most good 5+ channel amps are pretty expensive you might try one less sub and an amp for the sub and an amp for the full range speakers. how much room can you sacrifice in your car. if you get good speakers and put them in to small of a box you just waste alot of time and money.

You could do it with a 4 channel amp. I did for a while. The front and rear speakers were run off the 1st 2 channels at 2 ohms, the rear was bridged at 1.5 ohms (2 10W6s). Get JL 12W6s.

steven,
I have an Kicker XS100 amp that will go down to a 1 ohm load. So it will put out over 1100 watts, and will power 3 12's easy. Selling it for $325.4 months old.

Kicker amps will power 3 8ohm woofers at a 2.66 ohm load, and will be effeciant and sound awesome.

Let me know.

if you have a box made already then you need to find subs that will work in them...so the first factor in your decision should be the necessary volume
