Kickpanel GP interest ?

Ok, here are some rough pics again.

Now, here is the regular new pricing fo 02, hope to have the website updated tommorrow.

Carpet kickpanels, your choice of holes cut, sound deadening applied to inside : $155 + shipping

Bare kickpanels, for the do it yourselfer. Not holes cut, no carpet, no sound deadening, may need some rough sanding: $125 + shipping

Shipping is $15.

NOW, for the GP, how many are interested ? Keep in mind, I have a couple sets I'm finishing up for customers that paid the full $140 price of the rev 3's, but as a christmas present, they are being upgraded to rev 4's at no extra cost .

So, I will be ready to accept orders next Monday. How much interest it there. I will be willing to do $15 off each set for about 5 orders or more. So $140 finished, $110 unfinished.

Also, is there any interest in former customers to upgrade to the new design ? Would you prefer a small discount, then you sell the old kicks ? Or a larger discount if you send your kicks in (which ofcourse, I'll resell for a cheaper price) ??

Talk to me guys ?

mike

I bought a set, I'd prefer the large discount and you resell them. I'd love an upgrade.

I just had an accident (dad ran down the driver's side) So tommarow i'm going to the body shop and to the dealer to get an estimate. Then Friday I'm going to find out what the insurance company is giving me. If I don't have to put any of my money in then you can count me in. I'm getting some 6.5" Memphis for cheap and they should be in next week and I don't want to have to rig 'em in the dash.

I'll e-mail you Friday when I find out,
Matt

I visited his website, nice attention to detail, how these are designed to simple screw over your current kicks. And try excellent idea.

But I was wondering when your gonna update your website DJ, cuase I was having fun looking at all the pics and some of your links don't work, i wanna see more

well, I'm working on 2 sets of rev 4's that replace the entire kickpanel. Once those are done, I'll take pics and update my kickpanel page with new pricing, and will take down the tweed option (the curve at the door sill is too big to stretch tweed around).

As for the rest of the site, I have new code that I've been playing with for a photo album of my car's progress. When I get a chance, I want to redo my layout and make the pages eaiser to navigate.

Question on the Kicks. I am really interested but am wondering about something. On one of the pictures of customer installs on the website it shows that the floormat is bunched up where it hits the panel. Now is this regular, or Did the person just do it right. Heres the picture Im talking about.

And also what are the sizes that will fit in the new model kicks.

Thanks

Nate

the floor mats should be able to slide under the panel. But the f-body floor is not exactly floor mat friendly, so depending on what kind you have, determins how well they git I guess.

kicks should fit over those mats. Ofcourse, that statement has no legal merit, and said manufacurer makes no offical statements as to the fit of his kickpanels .

That's my car up above, with the red interior. The floor mat is plastic/rubber, and that's just how it's sitting on the floor with the exhaust hump. Has nothing to do with the kicks.

Here's another view:

BTW: they're not really pink

cool, seems like there is enough interest to justify th GP, so it is on. I'll open the flood gates officially this weekend. I'll modify my webpage with the new pics and new pricing by then too, plus I'll have a couple more pics by then.

If anyone has the prior designs and wants to upgrade, email me privately and we can work something out.
