Below 20Hz

I just got a copy of te BassMekaniks CD that borke the dB record at 172.something. I was chekcing it out and there is a second CD with the frequencies playing as low as 15Hz, my subs can unfortunately not play at this level, i think. Since below 20Hz is inaudible, would you just feel this? I would love to build a system to optimise this if it is possible...imagine going down the block shaking everyones windows without making a sound. Also, would this still rate in dB with respect to SPL? Thanx.

Ditto baby!! I have some songs that go down past the point of hearing, and it feels really good.

make sure the subs can handle it.
on a diffrent note: i had some 15" MTX Thunder 6000, and i ran a 10Htz wave through it, blasted it and held the sub in my hands (it was right when i 1st took it out of the box) and it was hard to hold becuase it was shaking my arms. similar to shaken baby syndrome. it was sooo coool...
they hopped when i set em on the floor.

oh and at the range of inaudible Htz, you dont here it, but it keeps you from hearing anything else too. run a 16-18 htz real loud with the windows down, and have the bass fade in and out. or better yet cut in and out. like make it run say 6 16Htz waves, a split second of silence and then 6 more waves, over and over again. thats sweet. and because of SPL you still have to yell to talk to friends.

Plans for an LT-1 or LT-4,
also plans for dual flowmaster exaust.

Got a corvette when i was 16, paid for it myself, screwed the engine up (idiot light didnt work, and i trusted the guy when he said he just changed the oil), and it turned into a project car.
now my TA is my daily driver. not a bad one, but it needs to be faster.

Ditto that. I remember having to explain to one of my ex-girlfriends why she couldn't hear me, (or herself) when she was right next to me. Then she came up with the idea of playing the bass cd while we were, well, doin' whatever. What she didn't consider was that my mom didn't like the fact that her stuff was shaking off the walls. Oh well. That one didn't last too long anyway.

watch out you dont want to crack a windshield did that last night not cool... the guy at the speaker shop told me playing those cd's to much will kill your speakers alot quicker because of the beating it puts on them.. the bass cd's are made on computers not like normal cd's... ah well we can buy new speakers!
