What amp to push three JL audio 12W6's?

What amp should i use to power 3 JL 12W6's, maybe that alpine V12 that puts out like 450 watts x 2 at 4 ohms max power, or something else, any suggestions.

My vote goes for something else. Zapco, Kicker, PPI, etc. W6s are good subs. Compliment them with a good amp. The alpine amps don't have the same sound quality and power output as some of the better stuff.

I've run V-12s and W6s together for years and i think that the alpine v12s is just as good as some of the more expensive brands.

Now if your talking about running at and below 1 ohm, then i'd agree with ya. PG all the way.

What ohms do you plan on running them at? I think that is the most important question here.

A trio of W6 subs is designed to be wired to a single 4 ohm load. That's part of why I'm likely to decide on W3s instead.
