What's the mounting depth on these speakers? Most 4x6's will fit into Camaro dashs perfect. Firebirds might have some problems, but camaros are usually fine.

i had no problem with the 4x6 kappa plates, they fell right in. magnets are big, but off-center. i had the tweeters toward the center, so that might have been why

with some minor cutting of the pads underneath the speaker grille, we fit the back 6x9's in the front of my friends camaro. the stock magnets are so small, and the speaker is so thin it wasnt that hard. Fun stuff.

I had to cut some of the dash plastic on the d/side for my kappas to fit.

2"s of depth

What about 4x6's with almost 2"s of depth on them.

I am looking at blaupunkt overdrives plates or infinity 4652i plates.

Thanks,
Jesse
