Stereo Wiring

The genius I bought my car from (I am also a genius for buying it from him) really f'ed up the stereo system. I have a whole load a wires that I dont know what they do or where they go. I saw a post listing the wires but mine seem different. Anyway I can get the wiring chart for an 88 Formula?

pookey,

I'm learning about this as I go, but I'll give it a shot. I'm assuming you have the stock head unit and that the wires you are having trouble identifying originate from the head unit. List the different colors or color combinations so we can try to sort them out.

Hey Firebird, that link lead to nowhere. Kevroc, the genius, cut and spliced everything. It's (now dont laugh) a benzi box, and he connected the cars wires to different colored wires onto the benzi. Here's a list of what I have:
1. Pink
2. Yellow/brown
3. green/green with black stripe connected to black (by him)
4. grey/ grey with black stripe connected to same black as above
5. bright yellow connected to red (by him)
6. another bright yellow connected to blue
7. blue/light blue
8. brown/orange leading to a fuse connector
9. green/light green
10. grey/yellow
11. yellow
12. black
Numbers 8 to 11 come out of 1 assembly.
