Speakers
I was wondering what’s the biggest speaker I can fit in the dash without cutting it up. I plan on doing a fosgate t1000x5ad amp I can run 100 watts a channel at 2-4 ohms and a subwoofer 600 watts 1-2 ohms. I was wondering if there are any good 4x6 option or if I can fit a 5 1/4 without cutting anything I would prefer that. Also I was wondering if I should do 2 way all around or do something else I’m open to ideas still planning this out and trying to get some ideas flowing. - Thank!

You don't need to fit over-sized speakers in the dash. The 4x6 or 4" plates work just fine if the system is tuned right.

Factory speaker placement in these cars is frankly awful imo. There is no stage at all, the drivers are terribly small in a large cabin.
If it were me, Q Logic kick panels and 5.25” components bi-amped for the front (4 channels of your amp), and a single 10” woofer in a sealed box in the trunk “well”. Choose components with stiff cone material, heavy magnet's, matched rms to your amp and silk tweeters. 5.25, not 6.5”. Like the Hertz MPK130.3 Pro This will give you good mid bass, smooth highs and on axis drivers. or similar. The Hertz MP250 10” dvc 4+4 ohm with the coils in parallel will make good use of your 600W output on the amplifier.
building the system in this fashion would be no cut, no drill installation and provide an excellent listening experience. Add a DSP or swap out the kenwood for the Sony XM GS6DSP amp and you’re on your way building a real sq system.
