I found several threads here about a second fuse box to the right of the steering column that has a second fuse for constant power to the radio.
But I can’t figure out where exactly it is. Is it above the diagnostic port?Edit: Sorry should have added, 1989 Camaro RS 305 5speed.

 

I believe its on the convenience center that holds the flasher/horn relay, etc.

Thanks. That is pain to get that down. And it was for nothing, the fuse was fine. So next step I pulled the radio and the constant power wire had been clipped, I’m guessing to keep the battery from running down in storage. I have no idea why the previous owner didn’t just pull a fuse or disconnect the battery.

 

Yep. Who ever decided to call it a "convenience center" was a real joker.
