No. I had information on B-stock a long time ago but have long since lost track of it. All that I'm 100% sure of is that Rockford will not warranty ANYTHING purchased online, and none of the online vendors are authorized. If they are authorized, they sure won't be for long. I've got a letter framed on my wall at work from Rockford that specifically states that they strictly forbid any online sales.

Is crutchfield the only one who is pardoned by rockford about online sales?

I don't know what the situation is with Crutchfield. Best Buy likely falls into the same category. They are HUGE businesses whose primary income is not through online sales. But, both of those places get full price for the products so there's little advantage to buying online other than convenience.
