Suggestions on a good head unit? (lots of preques, though...)

I've got a 95 T/A head unit, so if that has all the stuff I'm asking for, just tell me, and I'll feel dumb, but that'll be it. I haven't actually gotten my hands on my Formula yet, still have to go pick it up, so bear with me.

What I want is a DIN and a half (that's the stock size, right?) head unit, with a built in CD player, 6-disc changer control capability (using a DIN cable), and only one set of RCA (I think they are called, the red and white ones?) outs. I'd like to have a graphic equalizer on there too, but not mandatory.

Oh, and the final point: I DON'T CARE ABOUT MY SOUND SYSTEM. I just want volume, convenience, and reliability. I'm not a sound fanatic, most of you would cringe with what I'm using for subs and box and amp and all, so PLEASE, something realistically priced (aka, CHEAP!). Seriously, I think $300 is about my spending ceiling, unless it's absolutely impossible to get what I want for that price. thanks guys!

Jenson and Pioneer makes the 1 1/2 DIN.
I have the Pioneer DEH-P77DH ($230) Then I bought the 6 Disk Changer for $65 on clearence at Best Buy. It has a set of RCA plugs for a subwoofer. EQ is bulit in. For reliablity, not sure. Its not my every day car. As far as convenience. The button is fine on the head unit. But you might want to opt. for the remote on the steering wheel. Another $35. Just what I have experence....

i have a pioneer 8200 in my 89rs cpe. cost $300. has an alarm feature that hooks up to your door locks and stuff like that, with the animated graphics as well like swimming dolphins and ancient worlds with a remote. i just got a pioneer 7200 for my 91rs cnvt for $200. almost the same exact thing minus the alarm feature and it didn't come with a remote, however it's remote compatible.

Yes it does Reno. Has provisions for the 6 or 12 Disk changer. Make sure that the cd changer has the IP Bus cable to hook it up to the DEH-P77DH
