what relay do i need?

what relay do i need?
for the door lock/unlock option on my car alarm to work.it has this but it says i need relays.I found some at crutchfield,do i need single pole or what are they called.My alarm has a plug with 3 wires coming off it,I think its positive?Lost the directions so help on where and what to hook it to would help to.thanks alot
